Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the combatants met personally to promote the upcoming bout.
Ex twice world heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically known for his theatrics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the novice remains one of the sport's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving massive earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in rounds four or five and claimed he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the customary confrontation, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the match is truly going ahead.
